Maybe a few of you may have noticed that my photo has changed over night. The reason I used my old college photo was for old friends to recognize me after all these years. Now I thought it was time to update the photo. It shows up on LinkedIn and our website as well.
We’re still looking forward to receiving comments our our novel. Could be readers are just too busy. To date we received only a few. If any of you who have read the book would take a few minutes and make a comment we would greatly appreciate it. One comment we received was that the language appeared to be formal during moments of stress, but considering the story takes place in the 1940s, that’s the way they spoke then. We’re sure that many of you who have read the novel noticed the old cliches that the characters used in their every day speech.
We look forward to attending our grandson Nathaniel’s Eagle Scout award ceremony on Sunday the 23d. That’s quite an achievement for the young man. We’re so very proud of him.
